Delivery Policy

Hardware

All hardware will be dispatched by registered post within 48 hours of order receipt.

Software

Licenses to enable software functionality are available from the SMI Online Licensing site.

Refund Policy

Hardware

A full refund or replacement product will be provided for all hardware reported as faulty and returned within the Warranty period of 12 months. This is subject to the hardware being found to be faulty on return.

Software

A full refund will be provided for all software that does not conform with the operational documentation, provided that such non-conformity is reported within 30 days of delivery and cannot be rectified by normal means.
